It’s something that I’ve thought about for a while now, and finally here is the pilot episode of the Bald Headteacher Podcast to listen to over Christmas. All being well, I will schedule several more episodes in the new year with some fabulous guests.

The idea is to explore the future of education through big themes, seeing it alongside a wide range of constituencies, all who have an important role in the education and well-being of the next generation.

It will be positive, informative, optimistic and fun

This first episode explores the concept of solidarity, something we really need in education into 2026. I do this alongside two inspirational teachers from Kyiv, Ukraine, who tell me about keeping education going during a war. They are amazing.
